* During the tasting menu we will offer different kinds of bread baked in a traditional way by us, such as, milk bread from Juan Zabala’s farmhouse, loaf bread and corn bread from Mungia.
In addition, all herbs, buds, flowers and some vegetables are collected or cultivated by the Azurmendi team on a daily basis.
