ENEKO ATXA RECEIVES ‘MARQUÉS DE BUSIANOS’ AWARD FOR HIS INTERNATIONALIZATION WORK
The jury of Memorials of Gastronomy Awards 2014 has granted chef Eneko Atxa from Azurmendi Restaurant (Biscay) with the MARQUÉS DE BUSIANOS 2014 AWARD. This prize recognizes the internationalization labour of the Spanish cuisine in the world. The jury consists of the boards of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy and the ‘Cofradía Buena Mesa’.
